Senior Experience Designer
Responsive re-design of e-commerce website for Canada’s largest mobility service provider (motioncares.ca) that included extensive discovery work with the client, re-hauling the site architecture, and managing all content migration and development to align with design decisions.
Senior UX Designer
Launched a brand new feature on the citibank mobile app and responsive web that allows customers with revolving credit card debt to calculate and create their own payment plan to reach a zero balance.
Senior UX Designer
Led UX work in multiple mobile app redesign projects (on iOS and Android) in the payments & personal loans journeys. Developed new features based on user research and analytics, framing information architecture, creating user flows, and subsequent ideation to ship to development teams.
Clara Lionel Foundation
Senior UX Designer
Created a re-branded and refreshed website for the Clara Lionel Foundation, which included evolving their visual brand with an updated colour palette and typography that reflects the impact, breadth and depth of the organization over the last 10 years of operation.
